NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the note described in and secured by a deed of trust executed by Donny Stout and Patricia Stout, husband and wife. and Ralph Buck, a single person, dated October 24, 2003, and recorded in Book 413, Pages 167©169 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri, in Ava, Missouri, conveying to Thomas W. Cline, Trustee, certain property located in Douglas County, Missouri, described as:
The SE l/4 of the NW l/4; the SW l/4 of the NE l/4; the NW l/4 of the SE l/4; and all of that part of the E l/2 of the NW l/4 of the NE l/4 that lies South of À
Highway. All in Section 28, Township 25, Range 14.Ä
the entire and unpaid debts secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, the Trustee will, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, on Friday, March 11, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., specifically at 11:00 o’clock in the morning, sell said property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the main door of the Douglas County Courthouse in the city of Ava, Douglas, Missouri, to satisfy said note and costs.
