NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by a deed of trust executed by Shelton-Dooms Builders, Inc., dated January 26, 2006, and recorded January 26, 2006, in Book 444, at Page 692 in the Office of the Douglas County Recorder of Deeds, and re-recorded on February 17, 2006, in Book 445, at Page 497, in said office, the undersigned Trustee will on the 28th day of February, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. commencing at 1:00 p.m. at the North Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 Southeast 2nd Avenue, Ava, Missouri, to satisfy said debt and costs, sell at public vendue to the high-est bidder for cash the following de-scribed real property subject, however, to all prior liens, encumbrances, cove-nants, restrictions and easements of record, if any:
