TRUSTEE`S SALE – Under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by  Mary K Miller, a single woman dated 08/02/2007, and recorded on 08/03/2007 Book 469 Page 681 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Douglas County, MISSOURI, the undersigned Successor Trustee, will on 03/04/2011 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m.) at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE 2nd Ave. Ava, MO 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:

THAT PART OF THE SE 1/4 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID FORTY AND RUN THENCE NORTH 700 FEET, THENCE RUN DUE WEST AND TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE COUNTY ROAD, THENCE FOLLOWING THE MEANDERINGS OF THE SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD AND TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID FORTY AND THENCE RUN EAST AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI..

Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, and encumbrances now of record, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
