NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by a deed of trust executed by Kirk Dooms and Christy Dooms, dated April 3, 2006, and recorded April 5, 2006, in Book 447, at Page 397, Office of Re-corder of Deeds, Douglas County, Mis-souri, the undersigned Trustee will on the 28th day of February, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. commencing at 1:00 p.m. at the North Door of the Douglas County Court-house, 203 Southeast 2nd Avenue, Ava, Missouri, to satisfy said debt and costs, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real property subject, however, to all prior liens, encumbrances, covenants, restrictions and easements of record, if any:
