Plainview School got in one evening of basketball games this week on Tuesday night. They will be making up the Thursday evening games later. They won all their games. The snow came in Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
Dick got ready to take DeAnn Thompson in to work Thursday morning, but before he got to her house Dr. Dugan had called and told her not to come in, but he took her in Friday. I had a letter from my cousin Richard L. Grant of Columbia, Missouri, telling me of the death of my cousin, Verna Bricker. She also witnessed the bombing of Pearl Harbor as she was working there at the time.
My sympathy to all that have lost a loved one.
God bless America.
