Red Bud News wk. 18

A good frosty Tuesday morning to all our readers. We hope everyone had a safe and happy weekend. The weather was some what better then early in the week. The snow is almost gone here at this time. Jerry and his helpers did a great job clearing the sidewalks on Thursday making it safe for us to walk on.
We send get-well wishes to all the sick, the ones in the hospitals and the nursing homes. May you be up and about real soon.
Our sympathy to all who have lost a loved one. May God bless you in your time of sorrow. Our thoughts are with you.
We send a happy birthday greeting to all who have big day at this time. May you have a great day with many more to come.
Visitors of Norma Jones the past few days have been Derek and Ralissa Watkins and also Cody Gast. Derek was here two days in a row as there was no school. The second day Cody came with him. We played cards in the activity room for a while. It sure felt good to be with the younger adults and hear them laugh at our mistakes. We had a great time passing the afternoon. Norma had a phone call from Shirley Smith from Springfield and from Steven Watkins on his way to Iowa. Steven said he had been in nine inches of snow. I’m sure glad I wasn’t there. Three inches is enough for me. Brenda Garrison visited Lois Graham several times the past few weeks.
If you have news, just let us know. We are still having our exercise classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays when the weather is good and the sidewalks are walkable and safe to be on. Until next week, stay warm and healthy and remember Jesus loves you.
