Clark’s First Addition to the City of Ava, Missouri, described as commenc-ing at a point on the North line of said Lot 3 and 537 feet 10 and 4/5 inches West of the East line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 26, Range 16 and run South 125 feet, thence East 95 feet, thence North to the North line of said Lot 3, and thence West on the North line of said Lot 3 to the point of beginning. All being in Douglas County, Missouri.
