Clark’s First Addition recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 6 in the office of the Douglas County Recorder being more particu-larly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 of G. B. STEWART SUB-DIVISION, thence run North 89 degrees 29 minutes 54 seconds West, along the South line of said Lot 8 a distance of 103.00 feet for a NEW POINT OF BEGINNING, thence continue North 89 degrees 29 minutes 54 seconds West, a distance of 155.49 feet and to the Southwest corner of said Lot 8, thence run North 00 de-grees 35 minutes 35 seconds East, a distance of 220.96 feet and to the Northwest corner of Lot 3 in W. W. CLARK’S FIRST ADDITION to the City of Ava, thence run North 80 de-grees 13 minutes 05 seconds East. along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 3 a distance of 124.96 feet, thence run South, 59 degrees 39 minutes 25 seconds East, along said northerly boundary a distance of 37.53 feet, thence run South 00 degrees 35 minutes 35 seconds West, a distance of 224.59 feet and to the NEW POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT to all ease-ments and restrictions of record.
