W. CLARK’S FIRST ADDITION to the City of Ava, thence run North 80 de-grees 13 minutes 05 seconds East. along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 3 a distance of 124.96 feet, thence run South, 59 degrees 39 minutes 25 seconds East, along said northerly boundary a distance of 37.53 feet, thence run South 00 degrees 35 minutes 35 seconds West, a distance of 224.59 feet and to the NEW POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT to all ease-ments and restrictions of record.
