Wednesday night Bible study on Wednesday, January 19 was led by Steve Wilkerson. Steve asked us this question, Why are you a Christian? That’s a question to really take to heart. Why am I? Some of the answers were my folks were, fear, it’s a privilege, I am suppose to be and my friends are. Hebrew 9:14 says offered himself with out spot to God to atone, purify us from our dead works. To me the ultimate reason is stated in Psalms 84:10 – for a day in thy court is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doer, keeper in the house of my God, then to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

Bro. Gary’s message was John 3:16, we have heard it preached and read it many times. What have we done with God’s only Son? It’s a very simple verse, believe = everlasting life or unbelief – perish – eternity – lost forever.
The evening message was from John 14:15-16.
Here is a quote from Bro. Joe, “I’m not thirsty, but I’ll drink anytime.”
