“For if a man think himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself,” Galatians 6:3.
I got my last Christmas card Monday the 3rd. The card was mailed December 21st from Summit, Mississippi. I guess it takes longer for mail to get from Mississippi.
Friday afternoon the 7th Gary and I went to Ava and visited his mother, Maxine Turner and David. While we were there Regina Wallace and Vicki Goodman came with Regina’s granddaughter, Kaidon Grace Stout who was born October 12, 2010.
Friday the 7th, Gary Mitchell, Howard and Ella Faye Mitchell and Freda Holt went to Forsyth to the care home to visit Gary and Howard’s sister, Louise Jennings. They had a good visit.
Saturday the 8th I visited with Dara, Cody, Howard and Bailey Strong and Zamber Satterfield and John Little.
Lyndzey Loy and Dustin Rains were married November 24, 2010 at the courthouse. Dustin is a bullrider so Dustin and Lyndzey will be traveling a lot. Lyndzey is Ted and Linda Bischoff’s granddaughter.
Ralph and Dana Brazeal went to Clever to visit Tiffanee Satterfield and Zoe Shull. They also saw Bill and Sucketta Satterfield.
Have a warm week.
Saturday evening the 15th, Gary and I went to Theodosia to Arnold and Donna Jennings for a fish fry. Other guests were Juanita Mahan, Versal Terry, Doyle and Peggy Turner, Michael Gooley, Jarrett, Cassie and Carter Wallace, Marlin and Roxann Wallace and Yvonne Russell, Lynn, Tracy, Jeffery and Sarah Jennings, Roy and Dora Simmons, Sharon Lyons, Laura Elliott, Doug and Cindy Richards, Kelby and Pam Brent, Margaret Jennings, Shaine and Shannon Merriman, Howard and Frances Burkhart, John and Hillie Valek, Kermit and Sandy Schofield, Jean Hillhouse, Glen Jennings, Dale and Lisa Schofield, H.K. and Suzanne Gaulding. After the good meal there was a music jam. Everyone enjoyed the fellowship. We also celebrated the birth of Carter, who was born December 10, 2010. John and Dorothy Schultz couldn’t come because John had just got home from the hospital that afternoon.
