NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CITY OF AVA, MISSOURI
The City of Ava, Missouri will conduct a public hearing concern-ing the request for a Conditional Use Permit by Rick and Sharl Gower for property located at 301 SE 6th Avenue.
The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for com-mercial use (to operate a profes-sional office) within a residential district.

Lot 1 of W F Reynolds Addition 178 X 104.
This public hearing will be held by the City of Ava Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at Ava City Hall.
The approval of the city plan-ning commission shall be final & become effective in 15 days, unless an appeal is made to the legislative body within 15 days of the ap-proval by planning commission.
