The international T.O.P.S. theme for 2011 is “The Road To Success”, and those in the Ava chapter that want to, are beginning a year-long nutrition and weight-loss contest designed by Hulda. We have three teams and we have specific nutritional tasks that we build on from month to month, and “travel” as a team across the world by the miles (points) we earn. Hulda designed it so that those who come join us anytime after the contest beginning can catch up with the rest, so come and join in on the fun, and get on the road to better health and weight-loss!
In place of a program this week, teams were drawn for the “Road to Success” contest, and the rules were discussed.
January 11th the meeting was canceled because of the snow. The only time the Ava T.O.P.S. chapter does not hold a meeting is if Ava schools are closed due to weather.
