Population figures from the latest Census just came out. What do you think the population of Douglas County and Ava will do over the next 10 years?
I’m hoping it will grow, because we would really like to move back there again, but I can only see it shrinking with the economy and fuel prices. – CJ Tinkle
Well the city grew to 3186 and county 13608 I am afraid the people that move into the area will be folks who retire and look for a lower cost of living due to economy. In the city we need to expand and bring business into the city to see it grow. – Teresa Tost
