During Wednesday evening Bible study we have been discussing the foundation of the family being built on Christ. This week we have been going through the duties of the husband to the wife and vice versa.
We had 16 in attendance during Sunday morning services. We had prayer requests and then dismissed to Sunday school. The children continued to study on Moses and the adults studied out of the book of Matthew, chapter 19. After Sunday school the children sang the congregation a couple of specials and then had their penny march. We joined together and sang hymns and had testimonies. Bro. Scott delivered the morning message from the book of Proverbs 25:21-24, “Be a part of ignorance or be a part of truth.”
During evening services we had 18 attend. We had a wonderful spirit filled service with great singing and a good message. We had specials sung by Bro. Bo and Sis. Joanne and by Bro. Scott, Bro. Larry and Bro. Squeak and Sis. Dee Dee, Sis. Aloma, Sis, Gin, Sis. Shanna and Sis. DiAnne. The evening message was delivered by Pastor Scott from Galatians 5:22 titled “Walk in the Spirit.”
