Thursday evening we enjoyed a good time of singing Christmas songs. We had about 27 people attend. Everyone got to leave with a goodie bag prepared by some of our members.
During Sunday morning service we had 13 people attend services. We started out with prayer requests and dismissed to Sunday school. The children learned about Moses and the reading of the Ten Commandments and the adults studied in the book of Matthew, chapter 17. After Sunday school the children had their penny march and sang songs for the congregation.
The morning message was delivered by Bro. Scott from Psalms 3:1-8, “Protected by the Shield of God.”
During the Sunday evening service we had 24 in services. We started out with prayers requests and had some specials sang by “The Country Cousins” singing group. Bro. Scott delivered the evening message from Hebrews 12:1-4 and James 1:19-23, “Strengthen Your Faith.”
Our worship times are as follows and we want to invite all to come and visit Wednesday at 7 p.m., Sunday school at 10 a.m., morning worship at 11 a.m. and evening services at 7 p.m.
