Mt. Tabor Church wk. 15

As this new year begins, Mt. Tabor Church would like to send our wishes for a peaceful, healthy, year for you and your loved ones. We hope to be able to make a difference in the lives of those around us and to encourage and support those in need, please pray for us.
Brother Dennis read John for his scripture in the morning service. We were glad to have some back from illness but still others with the “bug”.
The church sang a belated Happy Birthday for Kay Hutchison’s Dec. 22 day.
Mae Cox continues to recuperate from her broken hand, going to her doctor Tuesday for stitches to be removed. Mae’s visitors have been Donna, who comes daily to help, Delbert and Jean Tucker, Mississippi, Virgil’s army buddy and Harold and Kay Hutchison. Mae’s brothers and sisters call her often to keep her updated, which she greatly appreciates.
Morgan Clements spent Friday night with Harold and Kay Hutchison. Jerry Pool and Don Bishop came by the Hutchisons Monday evening bringing fresh fish.
Bessie Hall has enjoyed long phone visits with Earl and Jan Hall, of Tulsa, this week. Bessie’s visitors have been J.C. Hall, Jewell Elliott, Ashley Elliott and Carla Wilson.
Mr. and Mrs. Shaun Elliott, MaKayla and Logan, visited Tom and Jewell Elliott Thursday evening.
Doris Wommack and Barbara and Pernie Adams brought lunch Monday when they came to visit Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hathcock. Others visiting at different times were Mr. and Mrs. Eleazar Soto and Jim and Jo Hathcock.
Samone Deaver and her friend, Dave, from Kansas, spent a few hours during the holiday, Friday, visiting with her Aunt Myrl Cox.
Jadon Lansdown spent a few days with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Lansdown. The Lansdowns visited Paul Cox in Mansfield one day, finding him still suffering with the shingles.
