On December 20th residents went to Redbud Village for games and visiting. Several residents attended.
On December 21 we hosted a Christmas dinner for our family members. The dietary staff served ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, green bean and hot rolls. Dessert was pie of your choice. The dietary department served over 250 meals to residents and family members.
On December 23 Ho-Ho-Ho was heard throughout the home as Santa Claus made his special appearance in our home. Santa Claus arrived to the music of Jingle Bells. Santa Claus enjoyed an afternoon of eating cookies and drinking milk while passing out Christmas gifts to everyone. Santa enjoyed having his picture with everyone.
The Dartt/Anderson Family was here on Sunday morning singing to the residents. This family is a very good bluegrass/gospel group. The family dedicated this in honor of their wife, daughter, mother and grandmother, Brenda Anderson Dartt.
