Bro. Paul was filling in for Bro. Marshall. He greeted us all with a big hello. We had many prayer requests. Sister Lee led in prayer. We sang a song for Jesus and classes took their places. Sister Mary was are leader and as we continued in Acts, chapter 5, she began to read beginning with verses 36-42 and into chapter 6 verses 1-8. There was a lot of class discussion.
Our morning service began with singing some good hymns. We had more prayer requests with prayer by Bro. Paul. We had specials by Sister Peggy, Sister Sharon, Sister Patsy and Sister Ulla. Bro. Paul read scripture from Luke, chapter 2:1-20. He gave us a good message from the Lord. We closed with a song and prayer by Bro. Paul.
The evening service opened with our prayer circle. It was small, but God was with us. Many prayer requests were given and Sister Juanita led in prayer. We sang for Jesus and had specials from Sister Peggy. Bro. Paul read scripture from John 4:1-30. Bro. Paul had a message for us and we had testimonies. We closed with prayer by Sister Alice.
