TRUSTEE`S SALE – For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligation described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Christo-pher C Kirk and Kathleen L Kirk, hus-band and wife dated 10/28/2005, and recorded on 11/03/2005 Book 441 Page 564 in the office of the Recorder of Deed for Douglas County, MISSOURI, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on Friday, 01/07/2011 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m.) at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE 2nd Ave. Ava, MO 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:
THE EAST ½ OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 25, RANGE 13, DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 420 FEET THEREOF. ALSO, EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE PROPERTY CONVEYED TO CHARLES DAVID RHOADS AND TAMMY MARIE RHOADS, HIS WIFE BY DEED RECORDED AUGUST 7, 2007 IN BOOK 470 PAGE 58.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
