The State of Missouri to Defendant, Carolyn Kingsley:
You are hereby notified that an ac-tion has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for Douglas County, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to Quiet Title as to the property secured by said deed of trust dated September 8, 2008, and which action affects the following described property to wit:
ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOTS, TRACTS OR PARCELS OF LAND LYING, BEING AND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF MISSOURI, TO-WIT: A PART OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF NORTHEAST 13TH AVE. TERRACE WITH THE EAST LINE OF NORTHEAST 5TH STREET, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF NORTHEAST 5TH STREET 142 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES, 05 MINUTES, AND 08 SECONDS EAST 125.02 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 144 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF NORTHEAST 13TH AVE. TERRACE; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STREET 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after the 23rd day of December, 2010 judgment by default will be rendered against you.
