Bryant Heights – wk. 14

It is very good to see the sunshine again this Monday. Our Christmas weather has been dark and gloomy with snow on the rooftops for Christmas Day and cold. This weeks weathers report sounds good to me.
At Seminole we had one service at 10:00 a.m. Sunday and Christmas Eve Service Friday at 6:00 p.m. It was a very good message by Pastor Don and lots of good singing. It was well attended.
I just received word that a very good friend and a prayer partner, Loree Perdue, was called home to heaven early this morning, losing her battle to cancer.
The Oscar Cunningham’s went to see their grandson, Justin Crumpley graduate from the Southern Baptist University in Bolivar, MO. Justin plans to get his Masters Degree and then work with the Athletic Department, probably as baseball or football coaching. He is the son of Bill and Joyce Cunningham Crumpley.
I was home for this Christmas. Dave and Cathy were here for dinner and gift exchange. We visited by phone with Skip, Billie and Samantha in Oregon and Pvt. Clifton at Fort Louis, Washington and Cpl. Ryan Andrews at Grand Prairie, Texas and also with sisters Geneva and Alice of Oregon and Iowa and they both had lots of cold weather with snow.
For Christmas Marise enjoyed having her brother, Ed and Jo from Mammoth Springs, Arkansas for dinner and gift exchange.
