IN RE: Phillip R. Jones and Glenda L. Jones, husband and wife Trustee’s Sale:
For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Phillip R. Jones and Glenda L. Jones, husband and wife dated December 24, 2004 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri as Recorded in Book 429 at Page 989 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, January 3, 2011 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at pub-lic vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO WIT:
THE WEST 640 FEET OF THE S ½ N ½ NW 1/4 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, EXCEPT THAT PART OF THE S ½ N ½ NW ¼ SE ¼ OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING 33.125 RODS SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID FORTY, THENCE RUN NORTH 84 DEGREES EAST 169 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 5 DEGREES EAST 211 FEET AND TO A POINT 330 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FORTY ACRE TRACT, THENCE RUN DUE WEST AND TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID FORTY, THENCE RUN DUE SOUTH ON SAID FORTY LINE AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF SAID EXCEPTION.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO PHILLIP R. JONES AND GLENDA L. JONES, HUSBAND WIFE BY DEED FROM DAVID C. WILLIAMS AND RHONDA WILLIAMS, HUSBAND AND WIFE RECORDED 03/28/1994 IN DEED BOOK 279 PAGE 615, THE RECORDER’S OFFICE OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI.
To satisfy said debt and cost.
