Schir-pik, dated February 22, 2008, and re-corded on February 29, 2008, Docu-ment No. 080448 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Douglas County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on December 17, 2010, at 1:00 PM, at the Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, Ava, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:
That part of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section Twenty-six (26), Town-ship Twenty-six (26), Range Sixteen (16), described beginning at the North-east corner of said Forty and run thence West 645 feet, thence South 660 feet, thence East 645 feet and the North 660 feet to the place of beginning, in Doug-las County, Missouri, except any part taken or used for roads. Subject to the reservation of an easement over and across the road, as it now runs, along the North side of above described tract of land, commonly known as Route 4 Box 1395A, Ava, MO, 65608.
Subject to prior easements, restric-tions, reservations, covenants and en-cumbrances now of record, if any, to satisfy the debt and costs.
