TRUSTEE’S SALE
IN RE: David L. Brown and Mil-dred Brown, Husband and Wife Trustee’s Sale:
For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by David L. Brown and Mildred Brown, Husband and Wife dated December 22, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri as Recorded in Book 459 at Page 258 and Re-recorded on 3/23/2007 in Book 462 at Page 472 the undersigned Suc-cessor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Mon-day, January 3, 2011 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (at the spe-cific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Mis-souri, sell at public vendue to the high-est bidder for cash the following de-scribed real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NE ¼ SW ¼ OF SAID SECTION 14; THENCE N 88 DEGREES 54’16″ W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NE ¼ SW ¼ OF SAID SECTION 14, A DISTANCE OF 39.04 FEET TO A 5/8″ REBAR ON THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BUSINESS STATE HIGHWAY #5; THENCE N 01 DEGREE 29’17″ E ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 311.98 FEET TO A 5/8″ REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP STAMPED “NORSWORTHY PLS 22335″ SET AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A TRACT CONVEYED TO LLOYD JOHNSON AND JOYCE JOHNSON AS RECORDED IN BOOK 301, PAGE 317 OF THE DOUGLAS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 88 DEGREES 40′ 15″ W ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID JOHNSON TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 105.61 FEET TO 5/8″ REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID JOHNSON TRACT; THENCE S 01 DEGREE 08’24″ W ALONG; THE WEST LINE OF SAID JOHNSON TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 98.84 FEET TO A 5/8″ REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP AT A CORNER OF A TRACT CONVEYED TO DAND LODGING, LLC AS RECORDED IN BOOK 347, PAGE 760 OF THE DOUGLAS COUNTY DEED RECORDS; THENCE N 88 DEGREES 47’12″ W ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF SAID DAND TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 144.09 FEET TO A 5/8″ REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP STAMPED “NORSWORTHY PLS 2235 SET AT A CORNER OF SAID DAND TRACT; THENCE N 08 DEGREES 22’28″ W, CONTINUING ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF SAID DAND TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 126.72 FEET TO A 5/8″ REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP STAMPED “NORSWORTHY PLS 2235″ SET ON THE AFOREMENTIONED WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; THENCE S 01 DEGREE 29’17″ W ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 21.35 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AS SHOWN IN SURVEY NO. 07011 BY NORWORTHY AND ASSOCIATES, LLC. CONTAINS 0.492 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
To satisfy said debt and cost.
