TRUSTEE’S SALE – Default hav-ing been made in the payment of a Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Cory Goin, recorded February 15, 2006 in Book 445, Pages 465-469, and assigned via in instrument recorded September 30, 2010 as Document No. 101426, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Douglas, State of Missouri, MTW Trustee Services, Inc., the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, will on Janu-ary 5, 2011 between the hours of 9 o’clock a.m. and 5 o’clock p.m., to wit: at or about 1:00 p.m., at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, in the City of Ava and State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the fol-lowing real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of Douglas, Missouri, to-wit:
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty-Five (25), Range Eighteen (18) which lies South and West of the County Road, described as beginning at the point where the south right of way of the county road crosses the West line of said forty, thence South 460 feet, thence East 390 feet, thence North to the south right of way of the county road thence in a northwesterly direction to the point of beginning, all in Douglas County, Missouri.
For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
