“For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest altogether,” Psalms 139:4, was our key verse this week. God not only knows our words but our thoughts as well.
Brother Roy read I John 3:18-24 for our devotion after we sang.
Our prayer list is long and God knows all about each one.
Brother Kerry took up the tithes and offerings and Hunter and Preston Adams did the penny march for Camp Piland.
Pastor David sang then preached from I Corinthians 17: 19-23. We had singing for the evening worship. Those doing specials were Kerry and Dana Lafferty, Betty Satterfield, Rick Bailey and Pastor David. There was a good sweet spirit in the church in both services.
We are having a wedding on December 11. On the 12th is our Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner at 12:00 then our program at 2:00 and no church Sunday evening.
