For this week’s question we asked:
Who in your family has served in the United States Armed Forces? What branch were they in and where did they serve?
My grandfather on my father’s side, Arthur Lee Walters, served in WWI in the US Navy approximately 1918. My father, Paul Arthur Walters, served in WWII in the US Navy in the Pacific Theater. My brother Arthur Paul Walters, Des Moines, IA, served during the Vietnam conflict in the US Army but never went overseas, I served during the Vietnam conflict in the US Navy in the Pacific, but never went overseas. – Walt Walters

My son is in the Army and stationed in South Korea. My bother-in-law was in the Army and served during the Vietnam War, my uncle served in the Army during the Korean War, another uncle served in the Army during World War II and I also have cousins who have served. – Doran Coberly
