RONALD RYAN, and all unknown and unascertained heirs at law of Pau-letta Kay Ryan, deceased, and all per-sons known or unknown claiming an interest in the estate of Pauletta Kay Ryan deceased as an heir or through an heir of Pauletta Kay Ryan, deceased:
You are hereby notified that RHONDA HOLLINGSWORTH and RUSTIN RYAN, petitioners, have filed a petition for determination of heirship, the object and general nature of which is to ask the court to determine and declare that petitioners are the heirs of Pauletta Kay Ryan, deceased, who died intestate on August 5, 2003.
The persons interested in such de-termination of heirship are those per-sons, known and unknown, who claim to be heirs of decedent.
You are further notified unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after November 18, 2010, a judgment adverse to your interest will be entered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Douglas County Herald, a newspaper of general circulation published in Douglas County, Missouri.
