For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligation de-scribed in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Mary K Miller, a single woman dated 08/02/2007, recorded on 08/03/2007 Book 469 Page 681 in the office of the Recorder of Deed for Douglas County, MISSOURI, the un-dersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of the debt, who has elected to declare the entire debt due and payable, will on Friday, 12/10/2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m.) at the North Front Door of the Douglas County Courthouse, 203 SE 2nd Ave. Ava, Mo 65608, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the realty described in said deed of trust, to wit:
THAT PART OF THE SE ¼ SE ¼ OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 26, RANGE 16, DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID FORTY AND RUN THENCE NORTH 700 FEET, THENCE RUN DUE WEST AND TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE COUNTY ROAD, THENCE FOLLOWING THE MEANDERINGS OF THE SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD AND TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID FORTY AND AND THENCE RUN EAST AND TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI..
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants, if any, to satisfy said debt and cost.
