Another beautiful day in the Ozarks that the Lord has made. The colors are about gone and the trees are looking bare, but that is the time of the year we are in. Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Yum, yum. Just remember to give thanks to the Lord for all the blessings you receive.
Bro. Marshall opened Sunday school with a big hello. We had prayer requests and there were many. Sister Alice led in prayer. We had a song and Bro. Marshall read scripture from the book of Isaiah, chapter 1:16-18. Our Sunday school lesson is in the book of Acts, chapter 3:1-18. We had a lot of class discussion. Our little angel took up the Coins For Christ. It was time to sing for the Lord. The choir was small, but in good voice.
Bro. Paul greeted all with a great good morning. More prayer requests were given. Bro. Paul led in prayer. We had specials from Sister Peggy, Bro. Marshall and Sister Juanita.
Bro. Paul read scripture from St. Luke, chapter 16:19-31. He prayed and gave us a great message from God. We closed with a song and Sister Juanita dismissed with prayer.
We opened the evening service with our prayer circle. It was small, but God was there. We had many prayer requests. Bro. Marshall led in prayer. We sang some good hymns for Jesus. We had specials from Cheyenne Welch, Sister Peggy and Bro. Marshall. Later in the service Sister Juanita sang a new song she is learning and doing a good job and with a great message.
Bro. Paul read scripture from St. Luke 13:1-9. He gave us a good message from the Lord. We had some testimonies and closed in prayer led by Sister Lee. Have a great week and keep God in your life. You will be blessed.
