For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Ann M Har-ris and Douglas P Sweeney dated August 8, 2005 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri in Book 438, Page 484 the undersigned Succes-sor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, December 13, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the spe-cific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Mis-souri, sell at public vendue to the high-est bidder for cash the following de-scribed real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:
A PART OF THE NW ¼ SE ¼ OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 27, RANGE 15 COMMENCING AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID FORTY, AND RUNNING SOUTH TO THE SW CORNER OF SAID FORTY ACRES, THENCE EAST 140 YARDS, THENCE NORTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FORTY; THENCE WEST 140 YARDS TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
