What a wonderful day to be in God’s house! We prayed for the needs of our families, friends, nation and the unsaved. We were also thankful for those who are making good recoveries, however, we continue to have folks with many problems, but nothing is too hard for God.

We have put out our barrel to collect food for Thanksgiving, please bring anything non-perishable to help someone out in need. We hope to have it filled in a few weeks.
Paul Cox was fishing Monday, and was quite successful, according to his mother, Myrl Cox. Paul visited her different times last week.
Martin and Mary Ann Hathcock atttended the Veteran’s Day Celebration held at Ava Victory Academy, Sunday afternoon.
Ronnie and Pat Lansdown joined the other members of their family in the home of Jerry Lansdown, to help him celebrate his birthday.
Mae Cox’s visitors this week have been Tom and Donna Nichols, Lisa Johnson and Jesse, Tim and Lindsey Hall, Lauren and Hunter. Mae reports Johnny and Pauline Pruiett’s grandson to be making good progress from his accident. Thetis Pruiett has been in the hospital suffering from the flu, however, he is out and doing some better at this time. Mae also spoke with Golda Dixon and Sylvia Pinkle.
Martin and Mary Ann Hathcock attended the 50th anniversary celebration for Trellis and Wanda Hord Hathcock, of Marshfield, Saturday afternoon. Wes and Pat Smith visited Martin and Mary Ann Sunday afternoon.
Those visiting Bessie Hall this week were J.C.Hall, Jewell Elliott, Tim and Lindsey Hall, Lauren and Hunter.
Jeff Elliott visited his parents, Tom and Jewell Elliott, Friday. Shaun, LeAnna, MaKayla and Logan Elliott also visited the Elliotts.
Jeff and Kristy Tackett spent Saturday and Sunday with her parents, Harold and Kay Hutchison. Also visiting at different times were Kim and Morgan Clements and Richard Mitchell.
