We had a wonderful revival last week. Our speaker, Bro. Jim Ragsdale from Mansfield brought us some great messages from God. We had some good specials each night also. I hope each person that attended received a blessing. I sure did.
It was another beautiful day to drive to church. God has really blessed us with some great weather. Bro. Paul filled in for Bro. Marshall and opened with a good morning to all. Bro. Paul asked for prayer requests and there were many. Bro. Paul led us in prayer for all those in need. We sang a song for Jesus and Sister Mary was our leader in Sunday school. We finished chapter 2 in the book of Acts. We had lots of class discussion. Sister Mary, you did a good job.
We sang happy birthday to Sister Lee. Our little angel did the Coins For Christ. It was time to sing. The hymns were great and the choir was in good voice. We had prayer and the specials began. Sister Patsy did some piano solos. It was a blessing. Specials were done by Sister Peggy and Sister Lena.
Bro. Paul read scripture from St. Luke, chapter 13:31-35. He then gave us a great message from God. We closed in song and prayer was led by Sister Mary.
Our evening service opened with a big hello from Bro. Paul. We spoke about the prayer requests that we had through out the day and Bro. Norman led us in prayer. We sang for the Lord and Sister Patsy played some beautiful hymns for us.
Bro. Paul read scripture from the book of Jude, chapter 1:1-21. He gave us a good message from the Lord. We had testimonies and discussion from all. We had a good evening in the Lord. We closed with prayer led by Sister Alice.
