The State of Missouri to Defendant Melanie Bice. You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Douglas, Missouri, the ob-ject and general nature of which is the enforcement of a Mechanics Lien and which affects the following described property:
All that part of the Northwest Quar-ter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 25, Range 13, lying West of the County Road.
The names of all parties to said ac-tion are stated above in the caption hereto and the name and address of the Attorney for Plaintiff is John Alpers, Jr., P.O. Box 557, Cabool, Missouri 65689.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 11th day of November, 2010, Judgment by Default will be rendered against you.
