Gary and I visited with Gary’s mother, Maxine Turner and David on Monday. While we were there Gary’s sister, Vicki Goodman, came. Vicki had just come from Rubie Hall Evans funeral.
We had a good revival at True Hope Church. Thursday evening I went early and stopped in at the home of Kenerd and Norma Lawrence and their daughter, Belinda, was there. Kenerd and Norma had been married 48 years ago that day.
Saturday afternoon I went to a surprise cake and ice cream party at Ralph and Dana Brazeal’s home to help celebrate Ella Faye Mitchell’s birthday. Those present for that were Zamber Satterfield, Tafi and Eli Shannon and Logan David, Del and Fanya Scott, Dara, Howard and Bailey Strong, Howard Mitchell and me.
I saw a strange bird the other day. I looked it up and found out it was a American Woodcock.
