The Lord truly blessed us with a beautiful weekend this last Sunday and we made the best of it by coming together to worship the Lord. Our morning message was “The Simplicity of Christ” from the text of II Corinthians 11:3. the message, the life, the teachings and even the call of our Lord was simple, so simple it can be understood even by a child.
Our evening message was taken from several different portions of scripture, from Paul’s letter to the Ephesians and his instructions about beginning and living the Christian life.
Next Sunday, October 24, Oak Grove will host Fourth Sunday Singing. It is scheduled to get rolling at 2 p.m. Come and enjoy the music and fellowship.
