Good morning this Tuesday morning. It is a bright windy day here at Gentryville, not much, but just a trace of rain last night. The leaves have been pretty, but are sure falling this morning.
Patty Stephens of Galena came after me on Wednesday and I spent until Saturday with her and Joe. On Thursday we went to Nixa, did a little shopping, ate at Lola’s (they have marvelous desserts). Friday we kept Carter then Saturday Aaron met us at Nixa and they brought me home. He put another coat of paint on my cabinet doors.
Friday night visitors of Bertha and Dean Scherer were Jimmie and Paula Hurst, Matthew Hurst, Caressa, Josh and Bailey of Success.
Sunday dinner visitors of Karen and Doug Frederick were Doug’s mother, Phyllis Freeman and Sirena, Jaret, Cole and Izzy Bradshaw of Mtn. Grove and Agnes Williams. They had a birthday dinner for Phyllis.
Sunday morning Jimmie and Bailey Hurst of Success visited Bertha and Dean Scherer. River Stillwood visited them Sunday evening.
Tracy, Hanna and Devin Griffith came Friday evening the 15th and ate supper with me then I went home with then and stayed until Sunday evening. Devin’s soccer team had two games on Saturday, they won in the tournament.
