Well hello from my house to yours.
Some people have been asking about my items. I told them that I simply haven’t had time.
I had three doctor appointments this past week. Praise God I got a good reports and they’d see me again in six months.
It’s so dry and we’ve been needing rain for a while now, but the timber has started turning those beautiful colors. It reminds me of a beautiful song that Telesia sings for us at church once in a while.
Audean invited me to their party Saturday night. My goodness there was a crowd. I didn’t get the number of people and there was lots of good food. Chef Kurtis was very busy with the grill and deep fryers. I think he did get some help. It was all very good.
We had good services at Frye Church this morning. We always enjoy Bro. Gaither playing his harp and singing for us. We miss Sis. Pat. She’s in the nursing home.
Well, Kelly and I will go back to Springfield this week for our check up and then I’ll be ready to settle in with my quilt work for the winter months.
Michael Shaun brought his family and spent the day last Sunday. Jennifer called and told me they were going to come and go to church with me and spend the day. My goodness they knew that would make me happy. They have three of the sweetest little ones, we all had a really good time. Roger tries to keep the kids stirred up and of course they always look forward to that. They call him Uncle Bub cause that’s what their dad called him. I had called Ken and told him so Ken and Wendy was here when we got home from church.
Kurt Clemants was here visiting Ethan on Saturday.
Not much news to write about.
Roger, John and Seth Shots and Bob Melton all worked on the roof at the church Saturday. We’ve got more work to be done, but the roof needed fixing before it rains.
Well, it’s Monday morning and everybody is gone to work. I told them last night that I might just sleep in this morning. Boy, that went over big.
No more news so until next week, stay safe and well!
