Wednesday evening Bible study was led by Pastor Gary, teaching “The Roman Road” using scriptures John 1:12, 3:16-17, 5:24, 10:27-29, 20:31, Romans 3:23, 5:8, 6:23, 10:9-13.
We had 43 in attendance and Sunday morning service was opened by Norma Jones, reading Psalms 51:10-13. Linda Roberts led adult Sunday school with Jeremiah 23:15-40. Special singing was by Bernie and Lena Hutchison and Linda Roberts. Pastor Gary brought the morning message about “Hell”, using scriptures Luke 16:19-31. We had one soul saved this morning.
Sunday afternoon was the Third Sunday dinner. Pastor Gary and Bevy Moore were presented with gifts and lots of love for Pastor Appreciation Day.
Sunday evening was the Third Sunday Singing. It was well attended, had lots of singing and two rededicated their lives.
Saturday evening, the 23rd, the church family will all be going to Pastor Gary and Bevy’s house for a potluck chili supper and music at 6 p.m.
