Bradleyville School will be hosting a Veterans’ celebration at 1 p.m. on Nov. 11.
Each and every person who has served or is presently serving in the military is encouraged to attend this program. You are also invited to bring any family members or friends who would like to come.
This year the school will be honored by having a National Guard Color Guard present the Colors and begin the program. The state military chaplain will also be a part of the program.
Bradleyville students will once again collect money to observe “The Power of 11 Cents” donation for the Veterans Home. That check will be presented at the assembly.
At the assembly, the school would like to recognize each veteran by reading something about when and where they served or are serving in the military.
