Our assistant superintendent, Martin Hathcock asked for prayer requests and read the devotion to begin services Sunday. We are pleased to report Bonita Elliott Winingham of Louisville, Nebraska is making a great recovery following major surgery the first of last week. We send our best wishes to her.

We are glad Clifford and Imogene Madewell are home safely after a two-week vacation to California to visit their daughters and other relatives.
Hellen Blakey also had a very enjoyable vacation with her family the past two weeks.
Bessie Hall accompanied John and Jo Stephens to visit their old friend, Era Bell Bowen, who now resides in Forsyth.
Mae Cox attended the Breedon School Reunion, Saturday, along with her daughter, Donna Nichols. Mae’s other family members who were there were Thetis and Huba Pruiett, Johnny and Pauline Pruiett and Wayne and Linda Walton.
Those visiting Chestene Lietch in her home were Carol Herd, Kenny and Michelle Lietch, Marshfield, Brenda and Cole Young, Louisburg, Kansas and Edythe Applegate, Ozark.
Chestene also reported that Leslie Phipps had passed away in Woodburn, Oregon. He will be remembered as the brother-in-law of Charley Lietch.
Martin Hathcock and Raymond Bricker visited Harold and Kay Hutchison, Monday.
Visiting at different times last week with Myrl Cox was Paul Cox, Don Beason, Norma Bogart, Jeanne Cox and Garrett Richards. Paul also did Myrl’s shopping Tuesday.
Company for Bessie Hall this week was Shaun Elliott, Kay Hutchison, J.C. Hall and Vicky Burnett and James Elliott.
