For default in payment of debt and per-formance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by William R Hyde an un-married man dated June 13, 2008 and re-corded in the Office of the Recorder of Deed of Douglas County, Missouri as Document Number 081709 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said note will on Monday, October 25, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Mis-souri, to wit:
