Sharon Kay Dacumos, 66

Sharon Kay Dacumos, of Macomb, daughter of Charles Anderson Stewart and Geneva (Parmer) Stewart, was born on Feb. 28, 1944 in Springfield, Mo., and departed this life on Oct. 4, 2010 in St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, Mo., at the age of 66 years.

Sharon was a housewife and homemaker. On Jan. 13, 1964 Sharon and Henry M. Dacumos were united in marriage in Los Angeles, Calif., and to this union three children were born. Sharon enjoyed reading, needlework and most of all being with her family and especially the grandchildren.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Charlene Magoon.

Her survivors include her husband, Henry, of the home; three children, Brenda and Chad Dacumos, both of Macomb, Mo., and Cindy Winters, Branson, Mo.; one stepdaughter, Jeanette Paxton, Rialto, Calif.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five brothers and sisters, Troy Stewart and Kenneth Stewart, both of Ava, Mo., Herschel Stewart, Squires, Mo., Connie Souder, Souder, Mo., and Leslie Griffith, West Plains, Mo.; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be at a later date and time at Corinth Baptist Church in Macomb, Mo. Cremation services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava.
