THAT PART OF LOTS THREE (3), FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5) IN H.M. MILLER’S ADDITON TO THE CITY OF ANA, [AVA] MO., DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT THREE (3) AND THE SOUTH 225 FEET, THENCE WEST 76 FEET, THENCE NORTH 225 FEET, AND THENCE EAST 74 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
