Glenda Rippee Hulse, 76, of Colona, Ill., passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010, at Trinity Pathway Hospice, Bettendorf, Iowa.
Services were held at 10 a.m., Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona, Ill., with burial at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, Ill.
She was born May 7, 1934, at Evans, Mo., to Bill and Lena Rippee. She married Orville Hulse in 1982 in Colona. He passed away in April 2002.
Survivors include her children, Gary Rowe, Connie Troy, Terry Rowe, Ronnie Rowe and Rodger Rowe; two stepchildren; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; her sister, Gladys Holman, Cedar Gap, Mo.; brothers, Lloyd Dale and Floyd Lee Rippee, both of Springfield, Clayton Rippee, of Ava, Boyd Rippee, of Forsyth.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Helen Tate and Betty Rippee; a brother, Eugene Rippee; niece Jennifer Rippee; nephew Danny Holman; and sister-in-law, Laraine Rippee.
Glenda enjoyed fishing, hunting, crafts and camping.
