“Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall comforted,” Matthew 5:4.
My sincere condolence to Sandy Trepasso. Terry lived longer than the doctors said he would with that cancer. It was unfortunate the picture was not Terry.
My sympathy also to Debbie Snelson and the Paul Evans families.
Monday, Gary and I visited his mother, Maxine Turner in Ava and David.
Friday I went to Gainesville and brought the book, “Lard Buckets and Paper Pokes.” It has a lot of stories about Ozark County rural schools. It will take me a long time to read all of the 265 pages.
I later went on to Theodosia  and visited with my Uncle Rayford and Aunt Freda Clayton. Freda said this was the first time that she didn’t make a birthday cake for him. Later in the evening Gary visited them.
Wednesday afternoon Howard and Ella Faye Mitchell’s great-grandson, eight year-old, Logan David, at Mtn. Grove School fell off the monkey bars and got a head injury. After he left the hospital he went to his grandmother’s in Ozark and stayed a few days.
The Oak Grove Church hosted the Women’s dinner Saturday. There were 54 women in attendance.
I wish better health for Evelyn Twitty. She was taken to St. John’s Hospital a few days ago.
Happy birthday to Zoe Shull (Thursday) today. She turns three years old. Happy birthday to my aunt, Brooksie Graves, Sunday, the 26th and a nephew, Ernest Strong on the 27th.
