IN RE: Ralph R Pitt and Sara J. Pitt, Husband and Wife Trustee’s Sale:
For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Ralph R Pitt and Sara J. Pitt, Husband and Wife dated August 30, 2005 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Douglas County, Missouri in Book 439, Page 531 the undersigned Succes-sor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, October 18, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:10 PM), at the North Front Door of the Court House, City of Ava, County of Douglas, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Douglas County, State of Missouri, to wit:

STEEVENSZ AND PATRICIA A. DAVIS BY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 325, RANGE 231, DOCUMENT #991471 OF THE LAND RECORDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY FOLLOWING THE CENTER (THREAD) OF SAID CREEK, WHICH IS ALSO THE EAST LINE OF SAID STEEVENSZ AND DAVID TRACT, TO THE POINT WHERE IT INTERSECTS THE CENTERLINE OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 292 THENCE EASTERLY FOLLOWING THE CENTERLINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD NO. 292 TO THE POINT WHERE SAID CENTERLINE INTERSECTS THE CENTERLINE OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 289, THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD NO. 289 TO THE POINT WHERE SAID CENTERLINE INTERSECTS NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD NO. 289 TO THE POINT WHERE SAID CENTERLINE INTERSECTS THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SW ¼ OF SW ¼, THENCE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID STEEVENSZ AND DAVIS TRACT WHICH IS PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SW ¼ SW ¼ TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 23 FOR A TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID STEEVENSZ AND DAVIS TRACT TO THE SE CORNER THEREOF, THENCE EASTERLY AND SOUTHEASTERLY FOLLOWING THE CENTERLINE OF SAID COUNTY ROAD NO. 292 TO A POINT WHICH IS 350 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SW ¼ AND SW ¼ MEASURED PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 23, WHICH POINT IS THE NE CORNER OF A TRACT CONVEYED TO SHERWOOD D. BEAUDRY AND WIFE BY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 333, PAGES 620-622, DOC. #001117 OF THE RECORDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, MISSOURI, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BEAUFRY TRACT TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 23, THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
