New Hope Freewill Baptist Church

Sunday morning services we started out with having prayer for our nation, for our lost loved ones, and for each other. We dismissed to Sunday school. The adults had a very good lesson brought forth by Bro. Lyndon, over the book of Malachi, chapter 2. We were blessed that Bro. Marvin and grandson, Hunter, were able to join us for services.
After Sunday school the children had their penny march and sang songs for the congregation. Then we all joined together and sang praises to the Lord. Bro. Scott delivered the morning message from Acts 16:6-10, titled “Man of Macedonia.” Bro. Scott touched based on how we should not question God’s will for us and that we should take heed to His call and submit ourselves unto Him. Sometimes we may second guess ourselves, but we should allow God to move through us.
During Sunday evening services, we had 18 in attendance. We were blessed that Bro. Paul and Sis. Sherri were able to be back in services with us. We started out the service with a circle of prayer for those who had special needs. We then sang hymns together and Bro. Scott delivered us a powerful message from I Peter, chapter 1. We want to extend an invitation to all to come and join us for services. We are sure that you won’t leave without a blessing. We hope everyone has a good week and God bless.
