The Ava Victory Academy Lady Crusaders volleyball team traveled to Rolla on Sept. 18 for a tournament.
The first game was against the Rolla Royals, with the Lady Crusaders losing 25-21 in the first match and 25-9 in the second match.
That was followed by a game against the Southwest Missouri Eagles, with the Lady Crusaders losing 27-25 in the first match and falling in the second match 25-9.
The third and last game, the Lady Crusaders played the Mountain Home Lions, losing the first match 26-24, followed by a win of 25-8 and a tie-breaker win of 15-9.
Coach Parsons stated that she was proud of the girls and that they were all very hard-fought matches.
The Lady Crusaders will play Trinity Christian at Hollister Friday night, Sept. 24 at 6 p.m.
