Several Ava Saddle Club members were winners at the world show – the Show and Celebration – of the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed Association here the first full week of September.
Some of the winners were as follows:
Open Amateur Versatility Reserve World Champion and National Versatility Circuit Amateur Reserve Champion is Jazzi’s Genuine Blonde, owned by Bob and Rebecca Turcott, and shown by Rebecca.
Liz Snyder showed Pierson Creek Gold N Glory to Reserve High Point Pleasure Horse for Bob Webb.
The reserve champion Bossman Derby Horse of the Versatility Division was Rush River Sterling Watergait, owned by Sonny and Sharon Nelson and shown by Sonny.
In the Youth Division, Dallee Sheppard was the Youth Versatility High Point Pleasure Champion on Dusty Ryan owned by Debbie Porter and Deanna Sheppard.
Kendra Brittain showed Remedy Sensation for Danielle Roberts and captured the Youth 15-17 World Reserve Champion. Kendra then went to the Versatility Arena and showed her mare, Magic’s Crown Jewel, winning titles of Youth World Champion in Horsemanship, trail, Pole Bending, and Reserve World Champion in Reining.
The Entertainer D was World Champion Youth Stake Race winner for rider Kayley Watson, owned by Diana Watson. They also captured the titles of Reserve Youth Champion in barrels and pole bending.
